This is a certificate of completion I received from AG Group in protocol analysis with their software EtherPeek. This is invaluable in technically trying to find out specific problems on your network.

It allows you to actually capture the frames or packets of data on your network and decipher things
such as bad network cards, bad cabling, multiple IP addresses, bad hub port etc.


This certificate of completion is from a 6 day BICSI class both Ted and I took in Boston called Designing Telecommunications Distribution Systems. This class taught us how to design a codes and standards based telecommunications system. It went over inside and outside plant design, NEC specifications regarding the telecommunications industry, EIA/TIA Standards and practical hands on design exercises.

Additionally, this class prepares you for the RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) exam. Being an RCDD is the highest telecommunications designation you can have.
