About Up To Code Data Cabling, LLC
Up To Code was started in 1999 by Frank Zabski because he saw an opportunity in the telcom installation field due to many late nights and weekends troubleshooting new cable installations that were not installed correctly or tested. This business started out with a MicroTest Penta Scanner and a little knowledge of how devices on a network speak to each other. The rest is history.
Going on our 11th year in business we have grown from a data cabling only installation company to a complete high and low voltage design, installation, documentation and certification company. Up To Code can do any job from a basic data network installation to a complete small to medium size off build out, to alarm systems and security cameras to name a few things.

Our Team
Frank S. Zabski, Jr., Managing Member, Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer
Frank has been in the IT field for 20 years first starting Technology Revealed, LLC., a computer consulting company in 1993 and then 6 years later starting Up To Code Data Cabling, LLC. He has specified, installed and configured many hubs, switches and routers and understands the importance of proper cabling and how improper cabling can cause many unseen problems on a telecommunications network.
Frank brings a different outlook on cabling than most other cabling contractors as he was a Network Administrator for years and dealt with working on networks with no documentation, improper labeling, non-standard terminations, etc.
Frank's training includes a six day class given by BICSI on Designing Telecommunications Systems and is on his way to getting his RCDD designation from BICSI.
